This training session is aimed at organisations at the beginning of their journey in engaging with the Korean market, alongside those looking to bolster their existing business relationships with further cultural knowledge and understanding.

- An introduction to the Korean market
- Business etiquette in Korea including influences of military culture, hierarchy and Confucianism
- Meeting culture including business cards, names in Korean, conversing in English, gifts, dining protocols and how to conduct meetings effectively with Korean counterparts.
