Building on the success of the last four editions, the Australia-Korea Business Council (AKBC), the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, and the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Korea are delighted to co-host the 5th Australia-Korea New Energy Forum. The event is supported by the Australian Hydrogen Council (AHC).
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Korean Minister of Environment, Ms Wha-Jin Han is no longer able to attend this forum. However, please note that she has delegated her role as head of the Korean delegation to Australia to Mr Hanseung Kum, incumbent President of the National Institute of Environmental Research (NIER) and former Deputy Minister for Climate Change and Carbon Neutrality Policy of the Minister of Environment of Republic of Korea. Mr Kum will lead the business delegation of Korean companies to the event and despite this programming change, the New Energy Forum still promises to be an exciting and informative gathering.
The forum aims to bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to engage in meaningful discussions on clean energy, green hydrogen, and their roles in climate change and decarbonisation.
