The Women in "Lead-Her-Ship" event series will unite inspiring female leaders from Australia and South Korea, offering an important platform to share their powerful stories, explore the cultural differences and commonalities that shape their journeys, and spark meaningful conversations on how we can collectively progress women in leadership and utilise cross-cultural opportunities.
The event will feature both established and emerging leaders in the AustraliaโKorea relationship, providing diverse insights across generations and sectors. The afternoon program will open with a fireside chat between an Australian and a Korean leader, offering a candid exchange on leadership, culture, and collaboration. This will be followed by a dynamic panel discussion featuring Australian and Korean women across industries and generations, highlighting shared challenges, key opportunities, and lessons learned.
The event will conclude with a dedicated networking session over light canapรฉs, offering a relaxed space for participants to continue the conversation, build relationships, and contribute to a growing cross-cultural community of women in leadership.
